Who We’re Looking For

MA/MSc Psychology graduates

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Mentorship: Guide students through research-driven profile development: paper/book writing, competitions, clubs & tech/social projects.
2. Workshops & Outreach: Co-facilitate profile-building sessions in schools, webinars, and on-campus events.
3. Parent & Stakeholder Communication: Present our methodology, track progress, and build trust.
4. Collaboration: Work with Counseling, Profile Building & Marketing teams to deliver a seamless student experience.

What You Bring

1. MA/MSc Psychology (or related) — freshers to 2 + years’ experience in counseling, training, or research.
2. Comfortable with academic papers, competitive analysis, and fast-paced learning.
3. Strong written/verbal skills; confident presenting to students, parents, and peers.
4. Eager to own projects, spearhead student clubs, and collaborate across teams.
