What You Will Do

  • Generate Sales Opportunities: Identify and create sales opportunities for the Johnson Controls CFS product range within the assigned region, targeting DC Vertical Customer Accounts.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet the allocated Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sales targets for the region.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts for the month, quarter, and year.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and forecast the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations that highlight the key technical aspects of Johnson Controls products, benefiting prospective customers, consultants, PMC, channel partners, and contractors.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offer and contract terms, including legal, finance, payment, and other conditions, seeking appropriate approvals as per the organization's approval matrix.
  • Independent Thinking: Think independently and critically, suggesting improvements that could lead to cost savings and improved profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, architects, etc.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing industry and market research for competitive intelligence to anticipate changes or challenges that could impact current or future sales.
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Analyze opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, ensuring all company products and services are thoroughly presented.

What We Look For

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in selling CFS products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in handling customer accounts in the datacenter industry.
  • GTM Strategies: Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies for CFS products targeting data center customer accounts.
  • Technical Knowledge: Preferred understanding of cooling plants and related accessories for datacenter sites.
  • Market Connections: Strong market connections in the NCR region with leading CFS consultants and contractors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
  • Influence: Ability to interface and influence other parts of the organization in positioning business cases for pursuits.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactivity: Proactive and able to flourish with minimal guidance.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office.
