About the Role

Senior Full-Stack Developer

foundational tech leadership role

Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll:

Own and manage the
entire technology stack
—from backend to frontend and infrastructure
Lead architecture, development, and deployment of the
React Native + Next.js-based app
Maintain and optimize our
Supabase, Firebase, and Node.js
backends
Set up and manage
CI/CD pipelines
using GitHub Actions
Build and scale infrastructure using
GCP or AWS
Collaborate on the integration of
generative AI agents
for real-time user predictions
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
Mentor junior developers and promote best coding practices

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of full-stack development experience (Node.js, React/Next.js, React Native)
Hands-on experience managing
cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS)
Solid understanding of
CI/CD
, containerization, and deployment pipelines
Strong grasp of
scalability, performance optimization, and secure systems
Startup mindset – adaptable, self-motivated, and solution-driven
Excellent team collaboration and ownership attitude
