Software Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and test software solutions that align with industry best practices and meet client requirements.

2. Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay abreast of emerging technologies in the fintech sector.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless integration of software applications.

4. Problem Solving: Analyse and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system functionality.

5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of software applications, coding, and development processes.

6. Quality Assurance: Contribute to the testing process by assisting in the creation of test plans, conducting unit testing, and participating in quality assurance activities.

7. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in taking on new tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

3. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

4. Knowledge of database management systems and software testing methodologies.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
