We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Developer with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails (ROR) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. The role requires expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other modern technologies.

Mandatory skills:

• Ruby on Rails
• AGILE Methodology
• jQuery, AJAX, MYSQL 5.x, Apache
• Experience in Git, SVN and Deployment
• Rails specific server administration
• Should have good knowledge of latest trends and developments in Ruby and Rails community

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independently execute the project (requirements gathering, analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment)
• Coordinate with the stakeholders for the on-going process of technical discussions, status updates etc.
• Provide technical assistance and implementation for interfacing with 3rd party APIs
• Evaluate and add open source components based on project needs
• Mentor and assist other developers
• Should have developed at least one complex application using these tech stacks.

Nice to have skills:

• NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Have worked on ElasticSearch
• Contribution to the community in the form of gems, plugins or technical articles/publications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1yrs-3yrs
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skill

• UG: B.Tech
