Job Description

Equifax is seeking creative, high-energy and driven

software engineers

in PL/SQL with hands-on development skills to work on a variety of meaningful projects. Our software engineering positions provide you the opportunity to join a team of talented engineers working with leading-edge technology. You are ideal for this position if you are a forward-thinking, committed, and enthusiastic software engineer who is passionate about technology.

What You’ll Do

Work on Oracle PL/SQL stored proc’s and Google Big Query stored proc for data migration ingestion and transformation procedures
Diagnose and resolve performance issues by query optimization and tuning
Document code/processes so that any other developer is able to dive in with minimal effort.
Apply modern software development practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, etc.)
Adhere to company security guidelines and rules while development , testing and performing the data migration activities

What Experience You Need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Mandatory)
3+ years experience working on Oracle PL/SQL (Mandatory)
3+ years experience working on Linux along with perl and shell scripting experience (Mandatory)
3+ years experience working on Python (Mandatory)

What could set you apart

1+ years experience working with genAI and agentic AI workflow, Google BigQuery stored procedures
Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision
