🔧Position Summary:

Software Engineer Consultant/Expert

💼Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a cross-functional agile team to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in and/or lead activities such as requirements gathering, feature/user story development, use case creation, and test case design.
• Author design and process documentation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend and frontend systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments.
• Handle operations including performance metrics tracking, user access controls, and production maintenance.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and proactively work on defect prevention.
  

🛠️Technical Skills Required:

• Full Stack Java Development
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot
• Frontend: Angular, React
• Cloud Platforms: GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
• Programming Languages: Java, Python
• Unit Testing: JUnit, Karma
• DevOps Tools: CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, Cloud Build
• Microservices Architecture
  

✅Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience with development and deployment on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles including:
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Clean Code & XP Practices
• Agile / Lean methodologies
• Evolutionary Design and MVP delivery
• Experience with tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, and 42Crunch.
  

💡Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with UX/UI Designers and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to web front-end development with JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Familiarity with data modeling and microservices-based architecture.
• Understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, and advanced data analytics (a plus).
• Knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA, Rally, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  

🎓Education:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Preferred: Advanced coursework or certifications in cloud technologies, full stack development, or data engineering
