Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee content planning and performance tracking, and ensure brand consistency while driving audience engagement and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals to enhance brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
● Lead planning, content creation, and scheduling of posts in collaboration with content, marketing, and design teams.● Monitor and analyze social media metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and others to track performance and ROI.● Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on performance trends, key insights, and recommendations.● Use data insights to optimize content strategies, improve engagement, and expand reach.● Track and report on competitor activities, industry benchmarks, and emerging digital trends.● Manage and mentor social media interns or junior team members, ensuring alignment with the broader digital strategy.● Oversee community management, ensuring prompt responses to messages, comments, and audience engagement.● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., PR, Product, Sales) to support integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.● Recommend and execute paid social media strategies when necessary.● Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and voice across all social media channels.● The firm may also assign additional responsibilities within the reasonable scope of the Social Media Manager’s work and related to the growth of the firm.
