Social Media Manager

We’re on the lookout for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing compelling social media strategies that grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our clients and in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and post schedules.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality creatives and captions.
• Monitor social trends and apply insights to enhance content strategy.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster community growth.
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and suggest optimizations.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Experience in running and analyzing paid campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC.
• Experience working with performance metrics and analytics tools.
