Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign goals, and customer personas. Content Planning & Execution: Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent voice, aesthetic, and message across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms like Threads or Snapchat). Growth & Engagement: Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building through innovative formats (Reels, Stories, Lives, User-Generated Content, etc.), influencer collaborations, and engagement tactics. Brand Building: Establish Roov as a lifestyle authority by crafting narratives that reinforce our values, visual identity, and tone of voice. Champion creative campaigns and moment marketing that resonate with our target audience. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using relevant metrics. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategy and improve results. Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align social content with broader business goals and launches. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with D2C lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands . Strong understanding of content marketing, digital trends, consumer psychology , and brand storytelling . Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, Buffer, or similar scheduling and analytics tools). Excellent communication skills, creative vision, and attention to visual aesthetics. Proven track record of scaling brand presence and engagement organically. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a startup mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns Hands-on content creation skills (basic photography, video editing, copywriting) Experience running paid social campaigns (in collaboration with performance marketing teams) Why Join Roov?
