As we expand our digital presence and build a strong in-house social media team, we’re looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer & Social Media Manager who can also bring creative energy to our content strategy. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. Track and analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) to inform strategy and ensure campaign success. Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to maximize ad performance. Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and customer segments. Social Media Management: Manage daily operations across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging posts, reels, and stories. Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content. Build community engagement through comments, messages, and interactive content. Creative & Strategic Input: Propose content ideas aligned with marketing goals, seasonal trends, and consumer behavior. Collaborate with the creative team on monthly calendars and campaign planning. Stay up-to-date with trends, competitor activity, and emerging formats. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management. Proven track record of running ROI-positive campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. Familiarity with content creation processes and creative collaboration. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with D2C or lifestyle/kitchenware brands. Understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion strategies.
