Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager at PNB Kitchenmate. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's e-commerce platform, overseeing online sales and marketing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The E-commerce Manager will also be responsible for analysing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.

Major Platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Sales skills
• E-commerce and Marketing skills
• Experience in managing online platforms and driving online sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the kitchenware or home goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
