Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized individual who can take ownership of our digital marketing coordination and packaging/branding operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams and agencies while maintaining a consistent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Oversee the planning and execution of social media strategies in alignment with the brand’s goals
• Ensure timely content delivery and approvals from agencies and internal stakeholders
• Monitor brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with marketing agencies for performance campaigns and strategic execution
• Provide feedback and direction to graphics/content teams to align with current trends and seasonal promotions

Packaging & Branding Operations:

• Manage procurement of branded packaging materials (boxes, pouches, carry bags, cards, etc.)
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all branding-related physical materials
• Work with vendors and printers for accurate and premium quality output
• Maintain inventory levels and initiate reorders as required
• Handle all related paperwork and documentation (POs, approvals, specifications, costing, etc.)

Coordination & Communication:

• Act as the primary communication bridge between the company and external marketing & creative agencies
• Coordinate with the showroom team to gather feedback, promotional content, and insights for better marketing alignment
• Share performance inputs and feedback from the ground team to optimize digital efforts
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure branding and digital marketing efforts align with business goals
• Take initiative in proposing marketing ideas, brand improvements, or packaging innovations
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of ongoing performance marketing strategies
• Ensure seamless workflow across all teams involved in marketing, branding, and sales
• Manage internal communication for approvals, timelines, and execution follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital tools (like Canva, Meta Ads, etc.) is appreciated
• Strong sense of design, brand, and customer experience
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of multiple processes
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury, or retail industry is a strong plus.
