The Opportunity: Lead Autobit's Revenue Engine

We're seeking an energetic, results-driven Social Media Manager who will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing content across a company’s social media platforms. Your goal is to grow brand awareness, engage the audience, and drive traffic or sales through strategic online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Manage and create content for all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.).
• Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing) to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
• Track competitors and benchmark against industry leaders.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools.
• Solid understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with influencer or community management.
