Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Head Location: Remote (India) Experience: 6+ years in ServiceNow Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a visionary and hands-on ServiceNow Practice Head to lead and grow our ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, proven leadership experience, and a strong track record of managing enterprise-scale implementations. This is a strategic role involving practice development, solutioning, client engagement, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the strategic vision for the ServiceNow practice, including capability development, go-to-market strategy, and service offerings. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction. Oversee and manage a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, developers, and business analysts. Own pre-sales and solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities, new features, and industry trends. Develop accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency. Ensure knowledge management, training, and upskilling of the ServiceNow team. Establish best practices, governance models, and quality standards across engagements. Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted ServiceNow advisor. Key Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow . Proven experience in leading a ServiceNow practice or CoE (Center of Excellence). Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom application development. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and platform architecture. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps concepts. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, CTA) are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience in building ServiceNow practice from the ground up. Exposure to international client environments (US, UK, etc.). Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with business goals.
