Role Summary We are looking for a street-smart, high-agility Tech Recruiter who can own end-to-end recruitment , adapt to new technologies (especially AI tools), and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Location: Gurgaon Sector 58 Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days a week from the office What You’ll Be Doing Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier tech talent across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, internal AI engine, and more) Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategy Use Coffeee.io’s AI-powered internal tools for smart candidate match and outreach Conduct initial screening (tech understanding, attitude, availability, etc.) Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience Drive high-quality closures in a tight turnaround time Keep track of pipeline data, analytics, and recruitment KPIs You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are street smart and know how to get things done fast and efficiently Are tech-savvy and eager to adopt AI/automation to scale your recruiting game Have experience hiring for roles like Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Information Security, Infrastructure services, Databases, Network, Routing, Switching etc. Understand the startup hustle — speed, chaos, ambiguity, and high reward Know how to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically Are self-driven, obsessed with quality, and have a zero excuses mindset What You Get Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Direct exposure to cutting-edge recruitment technology A front-row seat to the AI transformation in hiring Collaborative, non-bureaucratic work culture Opportunity to grow into leadership quickly in a scaling team Show more Show less
