Job Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack applications across Ozi’s mobile app, website, and store tech. Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver seamless user experiences for time-strapped parents. Lead and own end-to-end feature development—from discovery to deployment—across Ozi’s commerce and logistics stack. Ensure strong system architecture and clean code practices while optimizing for speed, reliability, and ease of use. Integrate real-time inventory, scheduling, and delivery systems with intuitive UX flows. Contribute to technical strategy and help shape the roadmap for a multi-channel commerce experience. Uphold and implement strong security, observability, and testing standards. Guide and mentor team members by fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and fast execution.
