Job Title: Senior Software Consultant

Technical Lead / Engineering ManagerAn experienced technical contributor with a deep understanding of engineering principles, programming languages, and modern development practices. You take pride in writing high-quality, scalable code and serve as a role model for technical excellence. You actively mentor junior team members and support your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Technologies

Frontend: ReactJS (3+ years of experience)
Backend: .NET, .NET Core, C#
Cloud: Microsoft Azure
Database: SQL
DevOps & Tools: Azure DevOps (VSTS/ADO), CI/CD Pipelines
Other: Agile/Scrum methodologies, Windows Services

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical aspects of projects and resolve complex technical blockers.
Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Owners to define, understand, and deliver on technical requirements.
Participate in the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Proactively gain understanding of new modules and the broader business domain.
Support distributed teams and foster collaboration across different locations.
Drive architectural decisions and performance optimization strategies.
Manage and review code, approve pull requests, and ensure best practices are followed.
Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Act as the go-to person in the absence of the Tech Lead, making informed decisions when needed.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in delivering quality software in an Agile environment.
Solid architectural thinking and performance awareness.
Experience collaborating with distributed Agile teams and product stakeholders.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts.
High attention to detail, and ability to encourage the same in others.
Strong documentation and consistency mindset.
