Job Summary

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance solutions on the 

  Salesforce platform

  .
• Develop custom applications using 

  Apex

  , 

  Visualforce

  , 

  Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)

  , and 

  SOQL/SOSL

  .
• Work on 

  Salesforce Service Cloud

   and/or 

  Customer Community

  , including technical implementation and day-to-day operations.
• Build and integrate 

  Salesforce.com web services

   and handle WSDL integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop user interfaces using 

  HTML

  , 

  CSS

  , 

  JavaScript

  , 

  jQuery

  , and 

  AJAX

  .
• Work with 

  Salesforce Community Cloud

   or other collaboration platforms to support external user interactions.
• Participate in DevOps processes including 

  CI/CD pipeline implementation

  , deployment, and release management.
• Ensure coding standards, performance optimization, and code reviews are followed in development activities.
• Document technical solutions and provide support for issue resolution and enhancement requests.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Computer Science

  , 

  Engineering

  , or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in 

  Salesforce Service Cloud

   and/or 

  Customer Community

   implementations.
• Proficiency in 

  Apex

  , 

  Visualforce

  , 

  Lightning Components (Aura & LWC)

  , 

  SOQL

  , and 

  SOSL

  .
• Experience with Salesforce integration using 

  web services, WSDL

  , and 

  APIs

  .
• Strong understanding of web development technologies: 

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

  .
• Experience with 

  Salesforce Community Cloud

   or similar collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with 

  DevOps

  , 

  CI/CD tools

  , and best practices in Salesforce deployment.

Certifications (Preferred/Required)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

   (required)

• Salesforce Platform Developer II

  App Builder
