Our customers love what we do and work with us to build the future customer experience at scale.What You Will Be DoingHelp define architectural principles, frameworks, and standards for Saviynt LabsContribute to the architecture strategy and manage the alignment to the product roadmapCombine a broad understanding of current technologies with deep, architect-level expertise in core areas such as database design, software architecture, cloud architecture and infrastructure architectureProvide input on technology selection and help drive best practicesGuide early-phase application design decisions through strong communication skills and deep technical expertiseDrive technical decisions to support critical success factors like performance, security, scalability, and maintainability; and identify opportunities for improvement in those same areas in existing systemsFacilitate and drive technical design conversations as part of the backlog grooming process across development teamsReview and create a system, software, and technical design specifications that fulfill product requirementsProvide hands-on development where appropriate to help deliver architecture that supports   product delivery, and train and lead other developers in how to leverage new architectures or technologiesWhat You BringMinimum of 10+ years of Software Architect experience with customer-facing, large-scale, web-based, or SaaS applicationsOverall 18+ years of software development experienceSpecialist level, hands-on, Java,Grails, GSP,reactJS and Spring tech stackStrong knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns,involved in re-architecting legacy grails code base focussed to improve quality,scalability and modularityHands-on knowledge of deployment patterns for cloud deployments - AWS & AzureThorough knowledge of key cloud platform components such as AWS RDS, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Spring cloud frameworkThorough knowledge of security principles and patterns of Authentication and Authorization, single sign-on, and federationExpert level understanding of Saviynt or similar IGA platformsAbility to balance the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term implications of individual decisionsIf required for this role, you will:- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy> Incident Response Policy/Procedures> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures> Mobile Device Policy> Account Management Policy> Access Control Policy> Personnel Security Policy> Privacy PolicySaviynt is an amazing place to work.
