About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our leadership team as Senior Sales Head for Debt Market. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong experience in debt sales, fixed income distribution, and institutional partnerships.


As we prepare to launch a platform-led solution in the fixed income space, your mandate will be to own and execute our go-to-market strategy, lead institutional seller engagement, and build a high-quality buyer pipeline of HNIs, family offices, and wealth intermediaries.


You will play a pivotal role in shaping early commercial traction and aligning market readiness with product milestones.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Partnerships – Buyer Side


  • Identify and onboard institutional partners including brokers, NBFCs, and arrangers
  • Drive relationship development and deal origination discussions
  • Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes with internal and external stakeholders


2. Buyer Pipeline Development

  • Develop a verified and segmented pipeline of HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and RIAs
  • Own investor outreach, communication, and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate on investor education, content, and curated engagement formats


3. Go-to-Market Execution

  • Design and implement GTM playbooks for both demand and supply sides
  • Build CRM workflows, reporting systems, and feedback mechanisms to support growth
  • Act as a strategic partner to the product and operations teams to ensure market-product alignment


Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

  • 4–8 years of experience in fixed income sales, structured finance, wealth management, or institutional capital markets
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across both buy-side and sell-side stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of private credit instruments, investor decision-making, and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi-NCR
