Designation: Sr Executive - Recruitment

Location: Road No 45, Jubilee Hills

Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and onboarding processes of talented individuals who will contribute to our organization's success. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent similar Industry while supporting various HR functions. This role requires a combination of excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and a deep understanding of the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment:

•        Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

•        Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

•        Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.

•        Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.

•        Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.

•        Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages.

•        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

2. Onboarding:

•     Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

•     Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs.

•     Prepare necessary documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrolment forms.

•     Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the onboarding process.

3. Administrative Support

•       Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel records, updating employee databases, and generating HR reports.

•       Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

•       Coordinate HR-related events and meetings.

4. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

•       Contribute to the development of the company's talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.

•       Collaborate with HR team members to continually improve recruitment and onboarding processes.


Qualifications

•          Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

•          Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Recruiter or similar role in Non-IT Industry,

•          Preferably from Retail / Interior domain

•          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•          Detail-oriented and highly organized.

•          Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.

•          Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
