Senior Human Resources Recruiter

You will be responsible for Talent Acquisition & Management, where you will handle end-to-end Recruitment for meeting the manpower requirements by sourcing candidates through job portals, headhunting, and Campus Recruitment. You will collaborate with Heads across all levels to plan human resource requirements and source resources through internal and external channels. Your tasks will include organizing walk-in and mass interviews, conducting telephonic rounds for preliminary screening, and interviewing shortlisted candidates. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing Offer Letters & Salary Structures, tracking expected joiners, and following up with candidates post-offer. You will provide MIS support on the recruitment cycle and attrition for all business units, along with conducting reference/background checks for key positions. Moreover, you will be responsible for implementing Employee Engagement Programs such as welcome meetings for new joiners, conducting Employee Satisfaction surveys, organizing team-building games, and planning internal and external events. Additionally, you will maintain Employee Data and prepare MIS Reports, manage Leave and Attendance records, and execute operational tasks to ensure the smooth flow of daily processes. To excel in this role, you should possess Recruitment and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.,
