PFB the JD:

Talent Acquisition & Management:

Handling end to end Recruitment for against the man power requirements sourcing the candidates through job portals, head hunting and Campus Recruitment.

Planning human resource requirements in consultation with Heads across all levels.

Sourcing resources through internal as well as external sources

Organizing walk-in and mass interviews.

Arranging telephonic round for doing preliminary screening and conducting interviews for further processing of shortlisted candidates.

Preparation of Offer Letter & Salary Structure, Keeping the track for expected joiners. Follow up with candidate for joining post offer.

Provide MIS support on the recruitment cycle and the attrition for all business units.

Involved in reference / Background Check for the key positions.

+ Employee Engagement Programs :

welcome meeting for new joiners with introduction.

Conducting Employee Satisfaction survey and preparing Reports for Employee Satisfaction level for various factors like remuneration, working environment, fringe benefits, feedback and suggestions from the employees.

Conducting team building games for the employees.

Organizing internal as well as external events.

• Employee Data maintenance and MIS Reporting
• Leave and Attendance
• Execute operational tasks to maintain the flow of daily process.
