Designation- Specialist- TA Location- Noida


Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Univo Education, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of functions. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can manage the end-to-end hiring process and partner with stakeholders to meet business hiring goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles—from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer and onboarding.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social media, employee referrals).
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain timely and accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and business goals.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labour laws.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the edtech or service industry.
  • Strong experience in sourcing through multiple channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
