We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Manager – Human Resources with 10+ years

of progressive experience to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact role that demands both strategic foresight and operational excellence. You will work closely with the executive team to shape and execute HR initiatives that drive organizational growth, culture, and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and support organizational scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs, influence people decisions, and co-create solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, especially in high-growth and startup environments.
  • Onboarding & Culture: Design and manage onboarding programs that reflect our culture and ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Performance Management: Drive the implementation of performance frameworks that promote feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and deliver effective L&D programs that build leadership and functional capabilities across levels.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and retention.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment by proactively managing employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure all HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies while remaining scalable.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow the HR team, nurturing a high-performance, collaborative, and learning-driven culture.


You’re the perfect candidate for this role if you:

  • Bring 10+ years of HR experience, preferably with at least 2–3 years in startup or scaling-up environments.
  • Have a proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.
  • Have led HR in environments where orgs were growing, changing, or being built from the ground up.
  • Are well-versed in Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and people operations.
  • Are a clear communicator with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
  • Are hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
