Profile Summary: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to work on scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end technologies, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility with experience in mentoring junior developers as well. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant frontend and backend systems. Build responsive and dynamic UI components using React and TypeScript Develop APIs and backend logic using Python (FastAPI) and PHP (Laravel/WordPress/custom frameworks). Work with Redis for caching, session management, and queuing to improve application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product requirements and specifications. Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical planning. Ensure high-quality code throughout development and unit testing. Optimize application performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable code. Technical Skills: Frontend: React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS/Styled Components Backend: Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) APIs: RESTful and GraphQL Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL Tools: Git, Docker Cloud: AWS/Azure (optional but a plus) Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience. Proficiency in React with TypeScript. Strong backend development experience with Python. Good understanding of modern software development practices (Agile/Kanban). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Good to Have: Experience with PHP Experience with WordPress plugin development Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (PyTest, PHPUnit). Experience working in startup or product-based environments.
