Senior Full-Stack Developer – AI Product Team Location: Remote / Mumbai (Hybrid Preferred) Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4–8 years Reporting To: CTO / Tech Lead --- About the Role: We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead development for internal AI product initiatives and mentor interns building next-gen applications. You’ll work with bleeding-edge tools like Next.js 14+, Supabase, OpenAI APIs, LangChain.js, and more. If you’re excited about full ownership of features, performance-focused code, and shaping future developers — we want you! --- Tech Stack You’ll Work With: Frontend: Next.js 14+, React 18+, TypeScript/JavaScript (JSX/TSX) Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Lucide Icons Framer Motion, Zod, React Hook Form Backend & Auth: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage) SQL, Prisma (optional), tRPC Redis (Upstash), Clerk/Auth.js (optional) AI & LLM Integration: OpenAI API (GPT-4/4o), LangChain.js, LlamaIndex.js Supabase Vector / Pinecone Whisper, Replicate (for model hosting) DevOps / Tools: Vercel / Railway / Render GitHub Actions, Docker (optional), TurboRepo ESLint, Prettier, Playwright, Jest --- Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Architect and build high-performance full-stack apps with our interns 🔹 Lead technical decision-making on AI workflows, API integrations & vector DBs 🔹 Review intern PRs, enforce best practices, and elevate team code quality 🔹 Collaborate with design, product, and business teams on end-to-end features 🔹 Optimize apps for performance, accessibility, and scalability 🔹 Own deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Vercel/Railway --- What We’re Looking For: ✅ 4+ years of full-stack development experience ✅ Expert in React, TypeScript, and Node.js ✅ Strong understanding of SQL, Supabase/PostgreSQL ✅ Hands-on with AI tools: OpenAI API, LangChain, vector DBs (nice to have) ✅ Experience mentoring junior developers or interns ✅ Strong Git, CI/CD, testing and debugging skills ✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership --- Nice to Have: AI product experience (chatbots, workflows, vector search, etc.) Experience with TurboRepo, Docker, or micro-frontends Prior startup or remote-first experience
