Job Description

Responsibilities: Build and fine-tune AI models. Integrate and optimize NLP frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI GPT, HuggingFace) for 2-way communication between user and avatar. Develop and manage prompt engineering logic for multilingual voice & text conversations. Design knowledge ingestion pipelines to feed AI with datasets and digitized books. Build accuracy benchmarking tools using top data cross-verification. Collaborate with frontend, backend, and avatar teams to ensure seamless voice/text response sync. Continuously improve prediction accuracy through feedback loops, user queries, and new data integration. 🧠 Required Skills: Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AI model building Proficiency in NLP frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, Rasa, Hugging Face) Familiarity with voice-to-text (Whisper) and text-to-speech (e.g., ElevenLabs, Google TTS) Experience working with structured & unstructured data ingestion (CSV, PDFs, books, APIs) Understanding concepts or willingness to learn quickly Strong prompt engineering & cus tom model tuning experience
