What You’ll D o: Sr GL Analyst (Reconciliation ) will be responsible for the Reconciliation of all Financial Statem entaccounts and financial reporting of the company. This includes managing the corporate reconciliation process, global intercompany process, preparing timely consolidated financial statements, providing analysis and reporti ng. Key Responsibilit ies:● Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of preparing reconciliation of allgeneral ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, treasury transactions and bankreconciliations as well as for the associated reporting requireme nts.● Process intercompany transactions in accordance with GAAP● Ensure timely payments are made to intercompany affili ates● Prepare recurring and reconciling journal entries in connection with month end c lose● Account reconciliations for various general ledger acco unts● Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for direct and u ppermanage ment● Perform financial analysis on financial results in connection with month end accounting c lose● Other ad hoc projects as requ ired What You’ll Need:● Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 1 year work expe rience● Hands on Person who can also guide th e team● Independent thinking with keen problem solving s kills.● Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.● High organization and prioritization s kills.● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal s kills.Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Require ments:● Excellent Accounting and accounting process skills● Excellent communication and presentation skills● Team management and collaboration skills● Proven problem solving, risk mitigation and analytical skills● Excellent team and interpersonal skills What Y ou’ll Get● Competitiv e salary.● Fun-filled work culture (https://www.highradius.com/ culture/)● Equal employment oppor tunities.● Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur.
