Job Description

To be responsible for conducting research through various methods to identify a problematic situation or find the cause and providing recommendations to client for resolution of human resource issues.



Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. Consult with line management and provide guidance on HR strategies
  2. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  3. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  5. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  6. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  7. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  8. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  9. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and HRMS)
  10. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  11. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  12. Provide HR policy guidance
  13. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  14. Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  15. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities


Qualifications and Educational Requirements:


The candidate should have Bachelor's degree and MBA in HR with additional certification is preferred. The candidate should have minimum five years of experience. 


Preferred Skills:


  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
  2. Strong analytical and critical thinking/ problem-solving skills. Business mindset to understand the rationale behind the transactions and ability and willingness to dive deeper into industry issues and bring greater insights for our clients
  3. Strong computer knowledge, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
