We are a fast-growing e-commerce agency helping brands scale and succeed in the digital marketplace. Our clients range from startups to established businesses across various sectors. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who can manage and grow client accounts, strategize campaigns, and lead a team to deliver performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple client e-commerce accounts across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
• Develop and execute performance marketing and sales strategies to increase product visibility, sales, and profitability.
• Handle listing, catalog management, keyword optimization, A+ content, and campaign setup across platforms.
• Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure high-quality creatives and product content.
• Analyze sales reports, campaign metrics, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage pricing strategies, discount structures, and promotions.
• Handle inventory sync, order processing coordination, and return/refund issue resolution.
• Plan and execute PPC and Sponsored Ads campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Liaise with platform account managers for brand visibility and special promotions.
• Ensure timely reporting and performance tracking for client communication and internal evaluation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) preferably in an agency setup.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools, keyword research, and advertising dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
• Team management experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
