We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our service offerings in Digital Marketing, Website Development, and E-Commerce Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in identifying opportunities, pitching customized IT services, and closing deals with SMEs and enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing, web development, and e-commerce services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Create customized pitches, proposals, and presentations based on client requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO/SEM, Design, Development, PPC, Content) to align service offerings with market demand.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to position services effectively.
  • Attend industry events, virtual conferences, and networking meets to build a robust pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in IT services, especially in digital marketing, web design & development, and e-commerce domains.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, CMS platforms (like WordPress, Shopify), and e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in proposal and pitch creation, including pricing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a Digital Agency or IT services company.
  • Knowledge of international markets (especially US, UK, Canada, Middle East) is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
