Job Summary: Join our customer's team as a Senior Backend Developer and play a pivotal role in architecting and developing robust, scalable backend systems. You will leverage your expertise in Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, and AWS to build reliable services that drive our projects' success. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions • Architect and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and security • Leverage AWS services for infrastructure management, deployment, and automation • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues efficiently • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Required Skills and Qualifications: • 4-6 years of professional experience in backend development • Proficiency in Python with expertise in FastAPI for building APIs and services • Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB for data modeling and performance tuning • Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Demonstrated experience working in agile teams on complex projects Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines • Previous experience mentoring or leading small development teams • Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native application patterns
