Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads/sales. You must be up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms and able to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• - Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and identify growth opportunities
• - Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page & off-page optimizations
• - Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions
• - Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• - Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• - Manage and execute link-building strategies
• - Track, report, and analyze SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions)
• - Stay current with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends and developments - Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies to outperform
• - Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and adhere to Core Web Vitals and other technical standards

Requirements

• - Proven 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• - Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• - Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and website analytics
• - Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
• - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• - Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media integration is a plus
