Role***Salesforce Developers EXP**8-10 Locations**Delhi , Pune and Hyderabad Job Description: Salesforce professional with 8 to 10 years of total IT experience and 8 years experience on the Salesforce platform with strong technical/ architectural background. Must be Hands-on on Salesforce Omni Studio, Knowledge on Omnistudio and Vlocity Data Model Must have prior experience in designing role on Salesforce transformation programs. Job Role: Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (both functional and technical) including ability to bring best practices and experience from prior engagements/ implementations. Provide technology insights to the delivery, Sales, and pre-sales team on Salesforce design decisions. Contribute to overall thought leadership, go-to-market, alliance, practice investment requirements and goals Maintain, and constantly improve a reusable repository of tools, templates, best practices, and methodologies to manage the estimation, implementation, and support efforts for solutions being deployed with Salesforce Own architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) on the Salesforce.com platform Aware of Salesforce platform and Core clouds limitations, able to provide workarounds on platform limitations and proposed solution outlines. Strong technical and architectural background: knowledgeable in topics like identity and Authentication, experienced integrating Salesforce with on-prem, cloud systems, solid knowledge in Data architecture and migration. Must have depth knowledge on complex digital landscape and enterprise architecture. Must have strong development experience on coding, integration, and deployment, Optimize application performance and scalability Grow the strategy, architecture, and standards for the Practice, also publish the standards around APIs, data and features. Working knowledge on Salesforce Industries Dataraptor and Omniscript Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the customer implementation Mentor integration team through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance Interested and eligible candidates can apply !!!!
