Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing Power BI dashboards, including datasets, measures, KPIs, visuals, and filters.
Rebuild equivalent dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics leveraging SAQL/SQL queries, faceting and bindings, dynamic date filters (e.g., MTD, YTD), widgets, toggles, and global filters.
Design and develop new CRMA dashboards that align with Salesforce data architecture and business reporting needs.
Ensure accurate data mapping from Power BI sources to Salesforce datasets or external data connectors.
Implement best practices to optimize dashboard performance, interactivity, and enforce user-level security controls.
Collaborate closely with business users, data analysts, and Salesforce administrators to validate requirements and deploy dashboards effectively.
Document dashboard logic, filter criteria, and data definitions clearly to support both technical teams and business & Skills :
Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) development.
Strong knowledge of SAQL and SQL queries for data manipulation and dashboard creation.
Experience translating or rebuilding dashboards from Power BI or similar BI tools into Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and security model.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
