Additionally, you will be responsible for building and executing a calendar of social, wellness, volunteering, and community events, managing vendor relationships, and supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives to create a positive environment. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or hospitality events management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and HRIS systems, with experience in managing vendor relationships and supporting office expansion projects, is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field are also necessary. Previous experience in a start-up environment would be advantageous.
