Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Development Manager to join our team for an exciting Fulltime Project in Pan India

We are looking to onboard an experienced Salesforce business development manager in Noida to accelerate our growth in the Indian and North American markets.

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Sales manager, you will be responsible for identifying and closing Salesforce-related service opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting revenue goals. You’ll work closely with our pre-sales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and deliver client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle for Salesforce services (implementation, customization, support, and staffing).
  • Develop a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships.
  • Understand client business processes and map them to Salesforce capabilities.
  • Drive consultative sales discussions, demos, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver compelling solution proposals.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support bid management processes.
  • Manage CRM entries and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce products, services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in IT/CRM/SaaS services, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce services sales.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
  • Experience in closing mid- to large-size Salesforce implementation or staffing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields. MBA is a plus.


Preferred:

  • Experience selling to clients in India/Canada/US markets.
  • Exposure to verticals like Healthcare, BFSI, or Retail.
  • Salesforce certifications or knowledge of AppExchange is a plus.
