Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Tele Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to potential clients. Identify and qualify leads for new business opportunities Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships to convert leads into sale. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded. Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and clients. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations. Coordinate the sales process from lead generation to final sales closure. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide product information and advice to clients Address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track sales metrics, and provide insights to the sales team. Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and installation. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Liaise with the marketing team for promotional materials and campaigns. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in modular furniture or interior design products. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Education: Should be a B tech civil or experience in interior production with strong experience in installation and project management Additional Skills : Previous experience in a tele-sales or inside sales role. Knowledge of modular furniture or interior design solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Show more Show less
