Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external clients to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of RiskBerg Consulting.


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of risk management, compliance, audit processes, Security tools and technologies
  • Experience in the digital risk management domain is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
