Job Description

OBJECTIVE SUMMARY

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the firm’s customer base. This role demands strong leadership, market understanding, and hands on approach to grow sales channels and brand visibility.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Set sales targets and track performance against goals.
  • Forecast sales projections and develop budget plans.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Adjust strategies based on competitor activities and market trends.

Sales team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team effectively.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to new hires and the team.
  • Ensure timely collection and manage distributors.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  • Hold daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Identify and build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Resolve customer issues and address sales-related concerns promptly.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and enhance client retention through exceptional service.
  • Acquire new clients and manage existing client relationships.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales.

Sales Operations & Process Management

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to align team goals, review progress, and resolve issues.
  • Standardize and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.

Documentation

  • Sales Report daily/monthly/weekly
  • File of all distributors and retail dealers
  • Payment collection Track
  • Sales target sheet

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification : Master’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Relevant Field

Age : Above 28

Gender : Male / Female

Experience : Above 5 years

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
