Role Overview

SDR

Responsibilities

• Conduct 

  cold outreach

   via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
• Own and run 

  discovery calls

   to understand prospects’ needs and qualify interest
• Identify potential fits and 

  qualify leads

   based on marketing service needs and SEO readiness
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in our 

  CRM

   system
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
• Stay informed about SEO trends, the digital marketing landscape, and competitive positioning

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in 

  B2B sales or SDR roles

  , preferably in an agency or marketing services company
• Proven experience in selling 

  SEO or digital marketing services

   to clients in 

  India and the US

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable with 

  cold calling and handling objections

• Strong understanding of lead qualification and 

  sales pipelines

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and terminology
• Prior exposure to GenAI, AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), or content-led growth strategies
