Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer proficient in Automation Anywhere to design, develop, test, and support scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and reduce manual workloads using intelligent automation techniques. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise . Understand business requirements and translate them into automation workflows. Perform bot orchestration, scheduling , and exception handling. Work with process analysts to identify opportunities for automation. Create and maintain technical documentation , including solution design documents (SDDs). Ensure compliance with governance and security policies during bot development. Conduct code reviews , unit testing, and troubleshooting of bots. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate bots into enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, web apps, legacy systems). Monitor bot performance and implement improvements as needed. Provide L2/L3 support for deployed automation processes. Required Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (preferably A360) . Strong understanding of RPA development lifecycle and best practices. Experience with task bots, meta bots , and IQ bots . Proficient in scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python – optional). Familiarity with OCR, REST APIs, and database integration (SQL, Oracle). Basic understanding of process analysis and optimization . Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). Preferred Qualifications: Automation Anywhere Advanced/Professional certification . Experience in automating processes involving SAP, Salesforce, Citrix , or mainframes . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total: 3 years (Required) Location: Manesar, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
