Job Description

CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other owned channels.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys, segmentation, and automation flows.
  • Design personalized and behavior-based communication to improve engagement and retention.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management:

  • Own the customer lifecycle—from welcome and education flows to reactivation and win-back.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to target users based on behavior, purchase history, and demographics.
  • Analytics & Optimization:

  • Analyze performance of campaigns (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue, churn, etc.).
  • Use A/B testing to improve subject lines, creatives, timing, and segmentation.
  • Generate actionable insights from data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with design, content, performance marketing, and product teams for timely execution.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and integrate with platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
