1) Experience and Expertise: Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing within the e-commerce or product-focused industry. Proficient in utilizing multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, and app push for customer retention strategies. 2) Channel Management: Expertise in leveraging platforms like WebEngage, CleverTap, Wizgo, and MoEngage to effectively execute and optimize multi-channel retention marketing campaigns. Demonstrated ability to segment and target customers based on behavioral data and preferences to enhance engagement and drive retention. 3) Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize retention marketing strategies and campaigns to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases. Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and conversion rates to iteratively refine strategies and achieve business objectives. 4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, analytics, and customer support to align retention marketing strategies with overall business goals and product enhancements. Work with analytics teams to derive insights, perform A/B testing, and generate data-driven recommendations for optimizing retention marketing initiatives. 5) Reporting and Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth, using data insights to drive decision-making and deliver results in terms of customer retention and lifetime value.
