Job Overview: Viva Group is looking for a Retail Marketing & E-Commerce Executive/Sr. Executive to oversee our retail marketing operations, including Amazon and our own retail spaces . The ideal candidate will be responsible for upkeeping product data, managing seller accounts, running advertisements, handling customer interactions and ensuring smooth order dispatches across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Account Management: Oversee seller accounts, manage listings, optimise product pages, and monitor sales performance. Advertising & Promotions: Run Amazon ads, track campaign effectiveness, and optimise marketing strategies for maximum ROI. Product Data Management: Ensure accurate and updated product information across platforms. Order Fulfilment & Logistics: Oversee dispatch processes for Amazon and our website, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Customer Support: Handle queries, complaints, and feedback from customers across Amazon and our website, ensuring high satisfaction. Retail Space Marketing: Manage marketing initiatives and strategies for Viva Group's retail space, driving engagement and sales. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct regular competitive analysis, sales reporting, and strategize growth opportunities in the e-commerce sector. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations. Strong understanding of digital marketing and ad campaigns on Amazon. Ability to manage inventory, pricing strategies, and product data optimization. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of order fulfilment processes and logistics. Strong analytical skills and ability to generate performance reports. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in retail marketing, e-commerce management, or Amazon account handling.
