Regional Sales Manager (B2B) - School Integrated Programs
EXAMPAY is a rapidly growing Ed-tech innovator dedicated to transforming the learning experience. We're launching our exciting School Integrated Program (SIP), designed to provide comprehensive education for JEE, NEET, and Olympiads directly within schools. We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the adoption of this program. Role & Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager for our School Integrated Programs, you'll be instrumental in expanding EXAMPAY's presence within the education sector. Your primary focus will be on converting schools into long-term partners for our SIP, showcasing how our tailored solutions can elevate their students' preparation for competitive exams.
Lead SIP School Acquisitions: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to onboard them for EXAMPAY's School Integrated Programs (JEE, NEET, Olympiads).
Build & Nurture Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within educational institutions, understanding their specific needs and ensuring high satisfaction with our SIP offerings.
Expert Program Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and detailed product demonstrations of our School Integrated Programs to prospective clients. Effectively articulate the unique value proposition of our JEE, NEET, and Olympiad curricula and how they integrate seamlessly with school environments.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets for SIP enrollments and school partnerships, directly contributing to the program's and company's growth.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams, providing invaluable market feedback specific to SIP integration and student needs to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management, focusing on SIP adoption metrics.
Market Insight: Stay continuously informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and overall market conditions within the competitive exam preparation and school education ecosystems.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a dedicated sales professional with a proven ability to close deals and forge strong, lasting partnerships within the education sector, particularly with schools.
Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in a school-focused sales environment.
Communication Excellence: Excellent spoken English communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging with school leadership.
Local Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Bengali (speaking and understanding) is mandatory for effective client interaction in the local region.
Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decisions with educational stakeholders.
Independent & Team Player: Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Education: A genuine passion for education and the transformative power of technology in preparing students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and Olympiads.
