Job Title : Full-Stack QA Tester – Android Apps + Web Portals + APIs

About Us

We are a product-based EdTech company developing a powerful ecosystem of Flutter and Kotlin applications integrated with custom Android-based E Ink devices, supported by React.js web portals and a Django backend. Our suite of apps includes textbook readers, writing platforms, admin dashboards, and performance tools designed for students, teachers, and administrators.

As we approach the commercial launch of our product, we are looking for an experienced Full-Stack QA Tester to rigorously test all components of our solution to ensure an exceptional and seamless user experience. 

Role Overview

The Full-Stack QA Tester will lead the end-to-end testing of our ecosystem, covering:

● Mobile apps developed using Flutter and Kotlin

● Custom Android E Ink tablet hardware

● Web portals (Admin, Teacher, and Student dashboards)

● Backend API and database validation

You will be expected to plan, execute, and document test strategies and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues and deliver a high-quality product. 

Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Testing

● Test Flutter and Kotlin-based apps on E Ink Android devices.

● Validate gesture responsiveness, latency, grayscale display accuracy, and touch interactions.

● Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across app modules.

● Test offline/online sync features, local data storage, and APK installations via ADB. Web Portal Testing

● Test responsive behavior and browser compatibility of portals built using React.js.

● Validate dashboard features for Admin, Teacher, and Student roles.

● Check file uploads/downloads, result reports, form validations, and real-time updates.

● Ensure UI/UX consistency and error-free navigation across platforms. 

API & Backend Testing

● Test and validate REST APIs using Postman or Swagger.

● Verify request/response flows, payload validation, and status code handling.

● Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services. 

General QA Activities

● Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and bug reports.

● Log and track issues

● Collaborate with developers to reproduce, diagnose, and verify fixes.

● Prepare release readiness and smoke testing reports. 

Required Skills & Experience

Area Experience 2+ years in QA roles (manual and integration testing)

Mobile QA Hands-on experience testing Flutter and Native Android (Kotlin) apps

Web QA Experience testing responsive React. js-based web portals

API Testing Proficiency in Postman and API debugging

Documentation Skilled in writing test cases, reports, and regression checklists

Communication, Strong collaboration skills with dev/product teams
