Job Description

CapItAll is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA efforts, manage test planning and automation, validate cloud-based releases, and ensure high product quality through collaboration and precision.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in QA (manual and automation)
Experience managing QA teams of 5–7 members
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
Proficient in creating and managing test plans, test cases, and quality documentation
Hands-on experience with API and UI testing
Proficiency in scripting languages (TypeScript, Python preferred)
Experience with Playwright, Pytest, or similar testing frameworks
Familiarity with AWS, device testing, object-oriented design, Bitbucket, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Postman
Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

Lead QA efforts ensuring high-quality product delivery
Plan and execute QA activities across the R&D process
Validate new product features and cloud releases
Manage QA documentation, test cases, reports, and metrics
Collaborate with software/product teams for test planning, bug triage, and requirement discussions
Investigate and debug client issues
Manage automation engineers working on cloud and device testing
Present quality KPIs and metrics to leadership
Contribute to hands-on QA tasks based on team priorities
